Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: The Estimated International Delivery Time for our jewelry is about 7-18 days! However, the recent pandemic and US presidential election has affected all of our logistic partners nationwide and please expect longer wait time for your order to arrive. Q: I can't find my order summary details, and where is my certificate of adoption?
A: Due to certain internet regulation, customers need to make sure that they tick the little box agreeing to receive email from us. Failing to do so will result in bounced emails (emails that we sent will be bounced back to us and will not get to you). Or sometimes, emails with the order summary and certification are hiding in the spam/junk mail box that you don't normally check. Please double check and if you still can't find it, send us an email using the Contact Us Form at the bottom of the page with your order number on it so we can better assist you!
Q: I can't find my tracking details on my email. Where is it?
A: Our tracking system is slower than it seems, but worry not because we are working super hard to get your order delivered as soon as we can. Tracking number will be available anywhere from 2 - 6 business days after we are done processing your order.
Q: I want my certification to have another person's name as it is a gift!
A: We can help you with that! Please send us an email using the Contact Us Form at the bottom of the page with the name of the person you want on the certification.
